With millions of smartwatches sold every quarter it is no surprise to see there is a strong sense of community about these products. However, what many are not aware off is that each Noise product regardless of what it is comes with 1 year warranty. Which means in the happenstance that you find yourself in need of help with your Noise smartwatch you can ask the company for the fix.

Although, it should be noted that Noise warranty lasts for only 12 months so you should keep in mind when you bought your device. In any case below mentioned are the steps you can take to avail the benefits of Noise warranty registration form.

This is what you should be seeing on your computer. For my Indian or non-Indian friends who doesn’t live in India but uses the Noise product I’d suggest you use the VPN and get the phone number issued by the Indian sim career.

Fill The Form On Warranty Registration Form!

I don’t think I need to tell you this but next step is as simple as it can get. All you need to do now is fill the each box (give the correct information). As a good practice make sure you are using the same spelling that you did when you bought the Noise smartwatch. It should be on the invoice. So feel free to use it as a reference.

Another thing to note here is that you should know from where you bought the Noise product because it is used by the company to check the authenticity of your claim. From dropdown menu you will find many names of vendors both first-party and third-party sellers from where you could’ve possibly got your Noise smartwatch. However, if you were gifted the watch by someone else then we’d suggest to call them and ask them from where they bought it for you.

In the above attached photograph I didn’t fill the phone number box because I don’t have the Indian issued sim. However, chances are you would in which case feel free to add your number in the box because it will be used by the Noise representative to contact you for the warranty.

While Noise claims to provide fast and efficient service it should be noted that your warranty claim can take quite some time. So, if you have filled the warranty form and it’s only been 3 or 4 days then you don’t have to panic. Given the huge amount of claims received by the company within one day it could take some time for Noise to get back to you.

Not to mention they have to verify the claim first since they can’t just cater to everyone’s plea of help. In order to procced forward with the application they make sure you hold the 1 year warranty and your request is within the scope of guidelines of Noise Warranty.

What Is Covered Under The Noise Warranty?

I’ve seen many people still confused about what is and what is not covered by the warranty that Noise issues at the time of purchase. So here is everything that Noise will fix for you if you will be holder of their 1 year warranty:

  • Each Noise Product holds 1 year warranty which includes any technical issue within the device. So if you feel your smartwatch is getting stuck for no evident reason you can contact Noise.
  • Every Noise accessory under the 3 months period can be send back and fixed. Which means charger or data cable that you got at the time of purchase is Noise’s responsibility for 3 months period.
  • Under the warranty Noise will arrange the pick up service for your Noise product. But if it couldn’t be arranged then the responsibility of sending the product falls on customer (in which case Noise don’t hold any responsibility in case of damage during transportation).

What Is Not Covered By The Noise Warranty Work?

Ok now that we know what Noise can cover let’s look at the thing Noise won’t cover for you even under the bounds of Warranty. Upon closer inspection you’d notice Noise warranty guidelines are pretty similar to what Fitbit and Oura demands from there consumer base.

  • Noise won’t fix anything related or relevant to the physical appearance of the body. You dropped your Noise smartwatch on floor and damaged the screen. Noise won’t fix it for you. This is not covered within the guidelines.
  • Although unlikely but if your Noise product end ups in giving you bad rash or allergic reaction (even Apple Watches can do it to your skin) then it is still not the Noise responsibility.
  • As we mentioned above while Noise tends to proceed each claim with speed, there is no timeframe set by the company on when and how much time it will take Noise to fix the issue for you.

Things Which Can Turn Noise Warranty Moot

Before you go to any third-party vendor to get your Noise smartwatch fixed, keep this one thing in mind: Doing so will render you Noise warranty moot (for my Indian friends it means “Khtaam or Bekar“). So if you have already crossed the 12 months mark then go ahead, but if there is still time left then we’d suggest to file the Noise Warranty claim – if it is technical issue.
